Location
Very dirty inside and out. Dirt and smelly towels. Dirty bathroom. Never clean glass or cup the entire stay. Never change bed sheets at all during the entire stay. When ask for more towel or change towel, the owner simply say no.

Great value for money! The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk from the bustling shopping area and close to public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic facilities needed for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the fact that there was free WiFi in the room and that the hotel had a breakfast option. it was a decent budget-friendly option for a weekend stay in a big city.
The service could have been better. The language barrier made it challenging to communicate with the reception staff, and they weren't very helpful.

The hotel staff were efficient even assisted us to get hotel transfer to the airport from the hotel at a good rate. Hotel was located near the Bund but most of the taxi drivers did not really know the address. We had to use the address of a more known hotel and explain with difficulty since Chinese is not our language to the driver that it was near the known hotel. We stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights and we got a standard, fitted 2 people and a family room, fitted 3 people.
We got breakfast included but the breakfast was more for local fare. It would have been nice if they had some kind of jam to go with the plain bread or sliced toast. Even butter and jam would have helped. There was a coffee machine at the lobby quite cheap and good enough according to my taste.

The breakfast was decent and there was a river view from the room. the hotel's location was also convenient, with shopping and attractions within walking distance.
The hotel staff had poor English skills and the rooms were noisy. the hot water was inconsistent and the overall cleanliness was subpar.

Its in the city centre of Shanghai within 10 minutes walk from the bund and the absolutely crazy packed pedestrian/shopping mall at East Nanjing Road (Nanjing Donglu)...very convenient location. The staff although not very communicative are generally helpful like when you need the use of the safety deposit box or if need to call for a taxi. The biggest plus point is its central location in relation to the room price; value for money.
Nothing to complaint for the price but the communicative skills of the staff could be improved. Generally I will say it's good value for money unless one expects too much.

The hotel has a fair standard of service and has a good location close to Beijing Road East. The price is very low for this location but the quality is no more than adequate.
The bathroom could have used a more through clean and the staff were a little less than friendly.

Good location...only 5 min walk from Nanjing Rd Pedestrian Street and Metro Lines 2 and10. Quiet locality by the Suzhou River and about 15 min walk to the Bund. Typical Chinese breakfast served was not too bad. Would stay again on next trip to Shanghai

The location was very close to Nanjing road, and local stores for shoping and also close to the bund for walking, photos etc
Need renovation (new paints etc), The matress of the bed was very-very hard like sleeping on the floor. And there was hardware shops close and one of theme with metals (iron, steel) making to much noisy. Two of the three days of our stay very early in the morning they load trucks with big noisy that we was waking up from 7:00 A.M.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
